Rose

Rose exterior was frightening. Built in 1913, the old grey wood siding had not been painted in decades while overgrown trees hid the home from the neighborhood.

To add insult to injury, the customer had to share a single driveway with their neighbor. The customer wanted the house to stand out. At this point we had to uplift this house in a way everyone would be excited, not just the customer.

So, our design team decided to add new black windows with simple grid pattern and white vinyl board and batten siding to the entire front of the home and back addition. We wrapped the rest of the home in 8in white vinyl Dutch lap siding and added a black metal roof on the front bump out and the dormer.

Last but not least, we installed a brand new concrete driveway by eliminating the old trees on the right side of the house. What a difference this made for both the home owner and neighbor! We believe we nailed the assignment!
