Rutherford was the lovely ranch home in a historical neighborhood. The home had hardwood floors throughout, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a huge laundry room on 1st floor. With all of those essential benefits to the home, the house still needed work both inside and outside to match our customer’s need and wants.
Our customer wanted to turn this oldie but goodie into a modern farmhouse by opening walls and adding a large en-suite bathroom to a bedroom without a bathroom.
This was a challenge our design team was excited to start. From gutting walls, moving existing plumbing, installing double shower heads and adding a 6ft soaker tub, we handed our customer the ultimate layout for their new master in-suite bathroom that provided them everlasting comfort and tranquility!
