The goal was to make the building clean and habitable. Milestones replaced the center roof of the building, installed new plumbing, upgraded electric lighting to LED, replaced the HVAC system in the middle of the building, painted interior/exterior, installed new flooring on the main floor and installed working fixtures in bathrooms. We are looking forward to helping completing phase 2!
